This policy applies to the website gesundheitberaten.de. The website is deliberately built to collect as little data as possible.

2. The key points
- No cookies, so no cookie banner.
- No tracking or analytics services.
- No content loaded from elsewhere: fonts and images are on our own server.
- No social media plugins, no embedded videos, no map services.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Hostinger processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).
When you visit the website, the server automatically records technical information: IP address, date and time of the request, the page visited, the referrer URL, and browser type and operating system.
This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data, not used for profiling, and deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. The connection is encrypted with TLS.
4. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no retention duties apply.
5. Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, for example the photographers’ pages on Pexels and other sites of the beraten.de family. Only when you click a link does the privacy policy of that website apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Write to info@resonanceinsights.de.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Ours is the Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein, Holstenstraße 98, 24103 Kiel.
